Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Network Architect with 8-15 years of extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing large-scale enterprise networks. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise across Routing, Switching, and Wireless technologies, coupled with significant hands-on experience in NAC (Network Access Control) deployment. You will be responsible for architecting robust, scalable, and secure network solutions, troubleshooting complex issues, and driving the evolution of our network :

- Network Design & Architecture : Design and architect highly available, scalable, and secure network solutions for large enterprise SD-WAN, WAN, LAN, and WLAN networks.

- Implementation & Configuration : Lead the implementation and configuration of network hardware and software components, including multi-vendor L2/L3 switches, firewalls, routers, wireless controllers, and access points.

- NAC Deployment & Management : Oversee and execute hands-on NAC deployments, ensuring seamless integration and effective network access control.

- Troubleshooting & Resolution : Provide expert-level troubleshooting for complex network issues, including internet routing problems, latency, and packet loss, ensuring rapid resolution.

- Performance Optimization : Proactively monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to ensure peak performance and reliability.

- Security Implementation : Ensure network security by implementing robust configurations for VPNs (Internet VPN, SSL VPN), and adhering to security best practices across all network layers.

- Redundancy & High Availability : Design and implement redundancy protocols (e.g., HSRP, VRRP) to ensure high availability and business continuity for data networks.

- Technical Guidance : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

- Documentation & Reporting : Create and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including architecture diagrams, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.

Primary Skills :

- Advanced Networking Concepts : Comprehensive understanding and application of advanced networking concepts.

- NAC Deployment Experience : Proven, hands-on experience with Network Access Control (NAC) deployments.

- Cisco Certifications : Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE are highly valued, indicating a strong foundational and advanced understanding of networking principles.

Required Skills :

- Routing, Switching & Wireless Expertise : Strong and demonstrable experience in Routing, Switching, and Wireless technologies.

- Advanced Network Troubleshooting : Exceptional troubleshooting techniques applied to complex networking challenges across various technologies.

- Enterprise Network Management : Proven experience in managing large enterprise SD-WAN, WAN, LAN, and WLAN networks.

- NAC Hands-on Experience : Direct, hands-on experience with NAC deployment, configuration, and management.

- Multi-Vendor L2/L3 Switches : Expertise in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting multi-vendor L2/L3 switches.

- LAN/WAN Redundancy : In-depth knowledge of LAN/WAN support for data networks at Access, Aggregation, and Core layers, including a thorough understanding of redundancy protocols such as HSRP, VRRP, etc.

- WLAN Technologies : In-depth knowledge of WLAN technologies, including Wireless Controllers and Access Points.

- Service Provider Network Understanding : Thorough understanding of modern service provider TCP/IP data networks including protocols and technologies like MPLS, OSPF, BGP4, EIGRP, STP, RSTP, VTP, VLAN.

- VPN Technologies : Familiarity with MPLS and WAN communication technologies such as Internet VPN and SSL VPN.

- Routing Proficiency : Good knowledge and hands-on experience with network routing protocols and configurations.
