Senior Network Operations Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Operations Engineer to lead our team of network operations engineers. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the network operations team in managing day-to-day network operations
  • Ensure efficient incident management, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues against defined SLAs and targets
  • Monitor and report on network performance and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to address complex issues and support continuous service improvement
  • Develop and maintain documentation and procedures for network operations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years' experience in network operations in a global enterprise environment
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience within a NOC or similar environment
  • Strong technical skills in Cisco routing and switching, firewall configuration, and network monitoring tools
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CCNA, ITIL, or similar certifications
  • Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies
