Store Manager Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our boutique.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage B2C and B2B client relations, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Oversee inventory and stock management, maintaining optimal levels to meet sales demands.
  • Ensure quality control of products, guaranteeing a seamless shopping experience.
  • Support website maintenance and updates, driving e-commerce growth and success.
  • Manage store's social media presence, engaging with customers and promoting brand awareness.
  • Curate and maintain visual display of the store, showcasing products in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Assist in product photography and content creation, enhancing the overall shopping experience.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel & Word, with a strong emphasis on organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable using social media platforms & apps, with a basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork abilities, with a passion for delivering results-driven solutions.
