Are you a results-driven retail professional with a passion for fashion and luxury sales? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Store Manager to lead our store sales team and drive the success of our Delhi boutique.

Job Description:

As a Senior Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our retail operations, including sales, customer service, and staff management. You will work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities and events at the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end ownership of the store, ensuring seamless customer experience and achieving sales targets
  • Building and managing relationships with high net worth individuals (HNIs) and delivering exceptional sales skills to close high-value jewelry sales
  • Providing strategic leadership and direction to the boutique team, setting clear goals and objectives to drive sales and profitability
  • Developing and executing sales strategies and initiatives to increase revenue and achieve targets
  • Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed customer expectations
  • Leading by example, actively engaging with customers to build relationships, provide personalized styling advice, and drive sales
  • Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback to staff to enhance their skills and productivity
  • Ensuring that the boutique maintains high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and organization to create an inviting and luxurious shopping environment
  • Managing staffing needs, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management, to ensure adequate coverage and staffing levels to meet customer demand

Requirements:

  • MBA from a leading institution and a fashion graduate from a Tier 1 Indian college
  • Proven experience in luxury retail management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in direct luxury sales preferably in Indian designer brands or real-estate consultancy firms
  • Exceptional ability to sell and engage with HNIs at a personal level
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with HNI customers
  • Results-oriented with a track record of driving sales and profitability in a high-pressure retail environment
  • Knowledge of fashion trends, luxury brands, and the latest developments in the retail industry
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
