Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, consistently driving business growth.
  • Analyse market trends to identify untapped opportunities, leveraging strategic initiatives to boost revenue.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), taking proactive measures to optimise conversion rates, ticket sizes, client acquisition, and repeat clientele.
  • Evaluate client interactions to ensure seamless alignment with luxury brand values and ethos.
  • Cultivate a culture of tailored clienteling and post-sale follow-ups, fostering loyalty and retention.
  • Coordinate private client events, previews, and activations, solidifying brand presence and reputation.
  • Embody the brand's ambassadorial spirit, maintaining impeccable grooming, etiquette, and storytelling standards at all times.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor client advisors, assistants, and support staff, instilling luxury-driven team dynamics.

This position oversees inventory management, stock movement, and secure storage protocols, authorising transactions, documentation, and audits. Additionally, you will ensure timely completion of bank deposits and card settlements, maintaining boutique presentation, visual merchandising, and ambiance to luxury standards.

The ideal candidate boasts 6–10 years of luxury retail experience, preferably in high-end jewellery, watches, or fashion, with at least 3 years of managerial expertise. You should possess a proven track record of leading teams, achieving sales targets, and demonstrating operational prowess in inventory, finance, and compliance. Strong communication skills, polished grooming, refined etiquette, and luxury presence are essential for success in this role.
