About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fitness Movement Leader to join our team. As a Pilates instructor, you will be responsible for leading Reformer and Mat Pilates group classes with a focus on technique, transformation, and care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead engaging group fitness classes that cater to diverse client needs and preferences
  • Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication, empathy, and personalized attention
  • Mentor junior instructors and contribute to a shared culture of learning and growth
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to design class programs, client journeys, and seasonal workshops that align with our studio's mission and values
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience teaching both Mat and Reformer Pilates with a proven track record of success
  • Strong knowledge of movement science, anatomy, and injury-safe modifications with certifications from recognized institutions (e.g., Balanced Body, Stott, BASI)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate clients through verbal and tactile cueing
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring and leading others
  • Comfortable in English and Hindi language proficiency
