Physiokarma Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a multidisciplinary healthcare and performance organization that blends physiotherapy, psychology, brain training and sports science to deliver high-quality rehab and performance solutions. We are looking for a Fitness Enhancer with a Master's in Sports Physiotherapy who can work at the intersection of injury management, athletic conditioning, and performance enhancement.

Position Overview:

The Fitness Enhancer will be responsible for designing and delivering fitness, rehabilitation, and performance programs tailored to athletes and general clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong sports physiotherapy background with the ability to integrate injury prevention, functional training, and sports-specific conditioning into holistic programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed fitness and movement assessments for athletes and clients.
  • Design and implement personalized fitness enhancement programs with a focus on injury prevention and performance optimization.
  • Integrate sports physiotherapy knowledge into strength training, mobility drills, recovery sessions, and sport-specific conditioning.
  • Collaborate with physiotherapists, psychologists, and brain trainers for multidisciplinary care.
  • Monitor and track athlete/client progress with structured reports.
  • Educate clients on recovery strategies, ergonomics, and training adaptations.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in sports science, rehab, and performance training.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master's degree in Sports Physiotherapy (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of biomechanics, exercise physiology, and sports rehab.
  • Practical experience in athlete conditioning, functional training, and rehab-based exercise prescription.
  • Ability to work with both injured and performance-driven clients.
  • Excellent communication, observation, and program design skills.
  • Certifications in strength & conditioning, functional training, or related fields will be an added advantage.
