Your Role as an Experienced Pilates Instructor
  • Lead Reformer and Mat Pilates group classes with a focus on technique and client care
  • Build your own private 1:1 client base with full support and attractive incentives
  • Mentor junior instructors and contribute to a shared culture of learning
  • Design class programs, client journeys, and seasonal workshops that meet our standards
  • Collaborate with leaders to shape our direction, community-building efforts, and growth strategy
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience teaching Mat and Reformer Pilates
  • Strong knowledge of movement science, anatomy, and injury-safe modifications
  • Clear, effective communication and cueing
  • A collaborative mindset and love for mentoring others
  • Certifications from recognized institutions (e.g., Balanced Body, Stott, BASI)
  • Comfortable in English
