Senior Pilates Instructor

What You’ll Do
  • Lead Reformer and Mat Pilates group classes with a focus on technique, transformation, and care
  • Optionally build your own private 1:1 client base — with full support and attractive commissions
  • Mentor junior instructors and contribute to a shared culture of learning
  • Help design class programs, client journeys, and seasonal workshops
  • Collaborate with the founders to shape studio direction, community-building efforts, and brand growth
  • Step into leadership opportunities as the studio expands

What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience teaching both Mat and Reformer Pilates
  • Strong command of movement science, anatomy, and injury-safe modifications
  • Clear, inspiring communication — both verbal and tactile cueing
  • A collaborative mindset and love for mentoring others
  • Certifications from recognized institutions (e.g., Balanced Body, Stott, BASI, etc)
  • Comfortable in English and Hindi
