Pilates Instructor

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a certified Pilates Instructor to lead group classes and private sessions, helping clients improve strength, flexibility, posture, and overall well-being. The instructor will design safe, engaging, and effective workout routines tailored to different fitness levels and goals, while maintaining a motivating and supportive studio environment.
**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Conduct group and one-on-one Pilates sessions (Mat, Reformer, or Equipment-based as applicable).
- Assess clients’ fitness levels, posture, and specific needs to create customized training plans.
- Demonstrate proper techniques and ensure correct form to prevent injuries.
- Modify exercises for beginners, individuals with limitations, or clients with advanced fitness goals.
- Educate clients on breathing techniques, alignment, and core engagement.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming studio environment.
- Track client progress and provide feedback to encourage continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest Pilates techniques, fitness trends, and safety practices.
- Build strong relationships with clients to promote retention and studio growth.
- Adhere to studio policies, schedules, and professional standards.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Certified Pilates Instructor
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and movement principles.
- Excellent communication and motivational skills.
- Ability to adapt sessions to varied skill levels and physical needs.
- Professional, reliable, and client-focused attitude
