We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Expert to join our team at Genpact.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation and/or improvement.
The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer queries, providing support for data collection, and maintaining a deep understanding of client processes and policies.
You will also be expected to reproduce customer issues, escalate product bugs, and provide excellent customer service to our customers.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to work well both independently and within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer queries and concerns
- Provide support for data collection to enable Recovery of the account for end user
- Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies
- Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers
We are looking for a motivated and organized individual with:
- A Graduate degree (Any Discipline)
- Freshers are eligible
- Previous experience in a customer service role (chat/email/voice) is preferred
- Effective probing skills and analyzing/understanding skills
- Analytical skills with a customer-centric approach
- Excellent proficiency in written English with a neutral accent
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shifts)
