System Engineer – Unified Communications and Collaboration Expert

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled System Engineer with expertise in Unified Communications and Collaboration to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, implementing, and supporting complex communication systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Design and Implementation: Design and implement unified communication solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide on-site and remote support for complex communication systems, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain accurate technical documentation for communication systems.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge in unified communication systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Expertise in Unified Communications: Strong knowledge of unified communication technologies, including Cisco UCCE, UCCX, and PCCE.
  • System Administration: Experience in administering communication systems, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
