Visual Communications Expert

We are seeking a skilled Visual Communications Expert to create high-quality visual content and marketing assets for our organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing visually stunning designs that engage our audience and communicate our message effectively.

About the Role:
  • Design creative visuals, graphics, and layouts for various marketing campaigns and materials.
  • Leverage AI design tools to accelerate workflows and produce unique designs that meet our brand standards.
  • Create engaging short-form videos, reels, animations, and motion graphics optimized for social media and paid advertising.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns and maintain a cohesive brand identity.
  • Develop and refine brand guidelines for consistency across all channels.
  • Design digital and print collateral including brochures, flyers, presentations, and packaging that align with our brand strategy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of professional design experience preferably in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, Canva, and other relevant design tools.
  • Experience with AI design tools such as Veo, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Stable Diffusion, or similar platforms.
  • Strong skills in video editing, reels creation, motion graphics, and animation for ads.
  • Creativity, visual design sense, typography, and branding expertise.
  • Understanding of social media trends, formats, and engagement strategies.
  • UI/UX fundamentals and responsive design principles (preferably).
