Job Role:

  • Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Visual Communications Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content across various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing materials.

The successful candidate will have strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. They will also have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling visual content, including graphics, infographics, videos, and animations, that aligns with our brand identity.
  • Develop and maintain our website's visual aesthetic, ensuring consistency across all digital channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill design requests and ensure seamless integration with existing brand guidelines.
  • Manage feedback from multiple stakeholders, prioritizing timely and effective solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in visual communications, suggesting innovative solutions to enhance our brand presence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design or related field, with 3-4 years of hands-on experience.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and responsive design principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with animation/motion graphics and exposure to UX/UI principles or web design.
