Job Title: ServiceNow Business Expert

As a highly skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Order Management projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders, product managers, and the implementation team to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Gather, analyze, and review customer requirements, maintaining a comprehensive backlog in collaboration with product owners and vendors.
  • Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow best practices and propose alternative approaches where necessary.
  • Provide expert guidance on process improvements and platform capabilities.
  • Stay up-to-date on ServiceNow product evolutions and share valuable insights with the team.

With a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its best practices, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and reviewing customer requirements. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring solutions align with ServiceNow best practices and proposing alternatives when necessary.

You will work closely with the implementation team to deliver high-quality results and provide expert guidance on process improvements and platform capabilities.
