Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Expert Telecaller located in Salem. The Expert Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing detailed information about our travel packages, answering customer inquiries, and handling bookings. Day-to-day tasks include following up on leads, maintaining customer databases, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Tamil, English and Hindi
• Experience with customer service and outbound calling
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining customer databases
• Ability to understand the nature of work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
• Experience in the travel and tourism industry is beneficial
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused and polite attitude
