We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits Consultant to lead our efforts in streamlining benefits processes and integrations. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between HR business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring seamless delivery of benefits solutions.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud, with at least 3 years of experience in Benefits. They will be proficient in designing and implementing Extracts, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, and Fast Formulas.

The role involves managing Benefits plans, programs, rates, and eligibility profiles, as well as supporting Open Enrollment and Life Event processing. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing Benefits plans, programs, rates, and eligibility profiles
  • Supporting Open Enrollment and Life Event processing
  • Developing and troubleshooting Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and HDL data loads
  • Building and maintaining BI Publisher reports and OTBI dashboards
  • Collaborating with HR and Payroll teams to ensure accurate data flow and compliance

The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as familiarity with Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) or Agile practices.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, the candidate should have the following qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
  • At least 3 years of experience in Benefits
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing Extracts, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, and Fast Formulas
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) or Agile practices
