A leading recruitment consultancy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sourcing Specialist to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for fashion, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for working within the influencer, fashion, and lifestyle industries.
The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with influencers and their teams to facilitate impactful brand collaborations. Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitating sourcing requests by identifying and coordinating clients' outfits, jewelry, accessories, and shoes for influencer collaborations.
- Maintaining a comprehensive database of influencers, their managers, and talent agencies.
- Ensuring timely delivery of fashion items to influencers and their teams.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for:
- Coordinating influencer dressing, gifting, and brand campaigns.
- Tracking and managing inventory of clients' products used for influencer partnerships.
- Ensuring all collaborations align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will need to stay up-to-date on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging influencer talent. You will also be required to attend fashion, lifestyle, and social media industry events to network with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities may also include managing deliverables and deadlines with influencers and their teams, preparing performance reports on influencer collaborations, and handling logistical and coordination issues that may arise during the sourcing and delivery process.
