Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Technical Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who has experience working with technical support teams to address complex post-sales concerns. You will work closely with customers to provide technical support and assistance, configure, troubleshoot, and provide best practices to ensure their environments remain secure.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Handle escalations from front-line technical support teams.
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and provide best practices to customers.
  • Manage support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner.
  • Isolate faults and conduct root cause analysis for technical issues.
  • Prepare detailed RCA documents for official submissions to customers.
Key Requirements
  • More than 5 years of customer-facing technical support experience.
  • Expertise with Remote Access VPN solutions, IPSEC, PKI & SSL, TCP/IP, Authentication Protocols (LDAP, RADIUS etc.).
  • Experience working with Firewall Central Management Systems.
  • Knowledge of security services (IDS/IPS, Firewalls etc.).
  • Strong ability to independently debug complex networks with mixed media and protocols required.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Windows, Linux, and MAC OS is a plus.
  • Experience with Cisco, Checkpoint, Juniper (Netscreen), and Fortinet products is a plus.
