Job Title: Zoho Consultant

We are seeking an accomplished professional with 2–4 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and customizing Zoho applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure Zoho applications including Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Payroll, and Zoho CRM.
  • Gather client requirements, design solutions, test, and deploy Zoho applications.
  • Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Troubleshoot functional and technical issues in Zoho applications.
Desired Skills & Experience:
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in Zoho solutions.
  • Hands-on expertise in Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Payroll, and Zoho CRM.
  • Experience in other Zoho modules like Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Books is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi and Marathi is a bonus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused approach with flexibility to adapt to project needs.
