  • The primary objective of this role is to provide expert consultancy services in Zoho applications. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in Zoho modules, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and customize Zoho applications for clients.
  • Support clients with requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
  • Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Troubleshoot functional and technical issues in Zoho applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

\
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in Zoho solutions.
  • Hands-on expertise in Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Payroll, and Zoho CRM.
  • Experience in other modules like Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Books will be an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi and Marathi will be a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Customer-focused approach with flexibility to adapt to project needs.
