About the Job

We are seeking a talented and driven Operations Associate to join our team. As an Operations Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead conversion: You will be responsible for proactively engaging with inbound leads, guiding them through the booking process, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Customer interaction: You will understand students' unique requirements and provide personalized accommodation recommendations.
  • Market expertise: You will build in-depth knowledge of student housing options, pricing, and locations to offer expert advice.
  • Follow-up: You will maintain strong relationships with potential clients through consistent and timely follow-ups to ensure closure.
  • Collaboration: You will work closely with Marketing and Supply teams to optimize the booking process and enhance the customer experience.
  • Data management: You will accurately record and manage all customer interactions, inquiries, and bookings in the CRM system.
  • Target achievement: You will consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance benchmarks.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in neutral English.
  • Strong active listening skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or similar software.
  • Prior experience in telesales or a related field is a plus.
  • Industry experience in real estate, hospitality, business development, or customer service is preferred.
