The System Analyst IT Support role involves providing end-user support, addressing hardware, software, and networking issues. This position requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to resolving problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • At least 6 months of experience in technical support is required.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as interpersonal skills.
  • Clear communication of issues and problem resolutions is crucial.
  • L1 Desktop Support is needed, covering hardware, software, and networking problems from end-user level upwards.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts, TCP/IP, and LAN troubleshooting is necessary.
  • A basic knowledge of MS Office is required.
  • A basic understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP is expected.
  • Brief Azure knowledge is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Windows 10 and 11 is necessary.
  • A basic knowledge of Windows Server OS 2016 is required.
  • Familiarity with Antivirus, VPN, endpoint security applications, desktop applications is necessary.
  • Able to follow documented issue resolution procedures.
  • Certifications like AZURE MCP/CCNA, ITIL are an added advantage.
  • Flexible and willing to work outside core business hours as required.
  • Able to resolve issues proactively and independently, yet also function well within a team.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate without any arrears.
  • At least 6 months of experience in IT Support is required.
