Job Title: Business Development Representative

About the Role: We're looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our team at Recro.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and engagement with potential clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales approaches and identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Salary Estimate: ₹7.5 lakhs - ₹12.5 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and performance.
