One of our clients is looking for a highly skilled Content Specialist to join their team and bring their properties to life online. If you're passionate about real estate, storytelling, and creating impactful visuals, this could be the ideal opportunity.

Job Summary

This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Specialist at a Real Estate firm in Gurgaon, Haryana. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Daily tasks include creating branded and sponsored content campaigns, engaging with target audiences, and driving brand awareness and product sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos, videos, and reels of properties for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
  • Social Media Management: Create engaging posts and stories to showcase properties and attract potential buyers, renters, and collaborators.
  • Creative Storytelling: Develop compelling captions, taglines, and descriptions to highlight unique features of properties.
  • Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with the brand's tone, goals, and audience.
  • Trends: Stay up-to-date with real estate, social media, and design trends to create innovative and engaging content.
  • Virtual Tours: Produce virtual walkthroughs or 360° tours of properties to elevate the viewing experience.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Content Specialist, preferably in real estate or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
  • Exceptional writing skills for captions and property descriptions.
  • Creative eye for aesthetics and detail in property staging and photography.
  • Self-motivated and organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Basic Knowledge of photo and video editing software (e.g., Canva).
  • Bonus: Knowledge of SEO, real estate market trends, or drone photography.
