We are seeking a seasoned Residential Sales Specialist to represent our luxury real estate offerings to high-net-worth individuals (HNI) / Ultra HNI clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and engage with potential HNI / Ultra HNI clients through targeted marketing efforts, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI / Ultra HNI clients, channel partners, including investors, high-profile individuals, and business leaders.
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve residential sales targets.
  • Present compelling sales pitches to potential buyers and collaborate with marketing teams to create effective sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experience.
  • Provide regular market analysis and reports to the senior management team, highlighting key trends and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in ultra-luxury residential real estate sales, specifically working with HNI clients.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • In-depth understanding of real estate industry trends and a creative approach to problem-solving.

Salary Range: ₹60,00,000 - ₹1,20,00,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus bonuses and benefits.
