
Learning Program Manager

We are seeking an innovative and experienced Curriculum Development Expert to design high-quality learning programs and content aligned with our goals and learner needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and enhance curriculum and training materials to meet industry best practices and organizational objectives.
- Maintain currency in instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy) and emerging learning technologies.
- Develop competency frameworks and learning paths for various roles and skill levels.
- Establish standards for instructional quality, accuracy, and relevance through rigorous review and evaluation processes.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies based on learner feedback, industry trends, and performance metrics.
- Partner with subject matter experts and trainers to produce engaging and effective learning content.
- Work closely with HR, L&D, and business leaders to align curriculum with skill development strategies and organizational goals.
- Mentor and guide instructional designers and content developers to achieve exceptional results.
- Allocate resources effectively and manage curriculum development timelines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in curriculum design, instructional design, or learning program management.
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end curriculum development projects from concept to implementation.
