About the Role:

As a Program Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to our clients, transforming their learning vision into impactful digital experiences. You'll be at the forefront of consultative solutioning, working closely with Presales Learning Architects (PLAs) and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and account growth. This role demands a balance of strategic foresight, operational precision, and client empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client consultations to uncover learning needs, budgetary boundaries, and timelines.

  • Collaborate with PLAs to scope, design, and propose custom learning solutions.

  • Translate client expectations into actionable tasks across multi-functional teams.

  • Manage multiple projects/accounts simultaneously while ensuring consistent high-quality outcomes.

  • Conduct thorough reviews of learning artifacts to ensure alignment with client objectives.

  • Forecast revenue and ensure adherence to budget, timeline, and contractual obligations.

  • Identify project risks early, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure transparency with stakeholders.

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and identify opportunities for account growth.

  • Maintain governance across projects and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) such as quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.

  • Serve as the escalation point and negotiate amicable resolutions in high-pressure scenarios.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

  • 10+ years in the online/eLearning industry with proven client-facing success.

  • 8+ years in project/program management roles handling large-scale learning initiatives.

  • Proven leadership in cross-functional team environments.

  • Strong understanding of instructional design, media development, and learning technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP/PMI certification (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Prior experience in solutioning and proposal writing.

  • Familiarity with SCORM, LMS platforms, agile project management tools.
