This role is for a full-time on-site Management Trainee located in Mumbai. As a Management Trainee, you will learn our company's operations and processes, assisting in various departments, and gaining hands-on experience in management functions.

Your day-to-day tasks will include supporting senior managers, participating in meetings, preparing reports, conducting market research, and contributing to strategic planning. You will also understand customer needs, work on marketing strategies, and assist in store management and product planning.

  • Understanding of business operations and management

  • Interest in the retail industry, particularly in baby care products
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
