Objective:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Physical Education Teacher to lead our school's sports team. As a dynamic educator, you will be responsible for shaping young athletes through sports, leadership, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To design and implement an effective Physical Education curriculum that promotes physical fitness, coordination, and teamwork skills among students.
  • To develop and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement in various sports activities.
  • To mentor and coach students in different sports disciplines, providing guidance and feedback to enhance their performance.
  • To collaborate with colleagues to plan and organize sports events, tournaments, and leagues that promote healthy competition and teamwork.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in Physical Education or Sports Coaching/Theory is required.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for effective collaboration with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Strong expertise in multiple sports is necessary to provide comprehensive coaching and mentoring services.
  • Ability to manage children across all age groups and create a supportive learning environment is crucial.
  • Proactive approach to curriculum design and innovative sports programs is highly valued.
  • Strong sense of discipline and operations management is required to maintain a safe and efficient learning environment.
