Job Description

The Middle School Coordinator will oversee the academic operations, ensuring that equipment is available for teachers and maintained properly. They will also be responsible for maintaining records of curriculum updates, conducting workshops, and monitoring record-keeping.

  • Ensure equipment is available for teachers and maintained properly.
  • Maintain records of updated curriculum versions and further instruction sent by CO.
  • Conduct and monitor curriculum workshops to ensure plans are followed by teachers.
  • Monitor record-keeping of support programs.
  • E nsure charts displayed on soft boards are error-free in language and content during events and otherwise.
  • Provide regular feedback at the end of a lesson plan, volume/unit plan, or end of a theme to the Central Office.
  • Seek approvals from CO at the beginning of the academic year regarding field trips, changes in books, period allocation, new initiatives, etc.
Responsibilities
  • Implementation of HR Policies and Processes as per guidelines of the CO in relation to Appraisal, Induction, Recruitments, Transfers, Joining and Exit, in coordination with the principal.
  • Planning special days and events as per guidelines shared by the CO.
  • Planning effectiveness of Curriculum Delivery by means of the Academic Calendar. Conduct Curriculum workshops including discussions on Support Programs and Special Education.
  • Coordination with the PLC team and parents to check the genuineness of identified student cases.
  • Organizing all events such as Parent Orientation, PTA, PTM, Field Trips, Sports Day, Annual Concert, Special Events, Extracurricular activities, culminating activities, and all Competitions as per guidelines shared by CO.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A Graduate/ Post graduate with B.ed qualification is required for this role.
