
Car Support Specialist

This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is looking to make a huge impact, within a start-up that aims to simplify the life of all car owners across the UK and EU.
- As part of our Customer Support team, you will manage any escalated queries from our customers regarding our service and will liaise with our garage partners to provide a solution – monitoring the customers' complaint from start to finish to ensure it is resolved in a timely manner.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Escalated customer query resolution (UK customers)
- Liaising with UK garage partners to agree solutions and monitor complaint progress to ensure actions are completed on time
- Resolving complaints as quickly as possible while meeting SLAs related to response times and complaint closure
- Trend analysis of complaints and collaboration with the Customer Service Team Lead to reduce repeated complaints by identifying root causes and suggesting process improvements where applicable
- Assisting the Customer Service team in handling general customer queries, including managing incoming calls, emails, and live chat requests when necessary
You will need:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer complaints efficiently
- Ability to collaborate with the Customer Service team to achieve shared goals
- Familiarity with CRM software or similar tools to manage customer interactions
