Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the assessment and approval process of loan proposals.

  • Loan Assessment: You will be responsible for reviewing loan proposals to ensure they align with our company's credit policy and overall business strategy.
  • Process Management: Manage the quality and delivery turnaround of loan proposals and engage with relevant stakeholders to get loans approved in a timely manner.
  • Collaboration: Assist various departments to ensure a smooth and effective loan closure process that meets customer needs.
  • Policy & Strategy: Provide regular input to help create or refine our credit policy and drive other risk or credit-related initiatives.
  • Portfolio Management: Monitor and track the health and performance of our loan portfolio and manage delinquency to minimize risk.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with lending operations in line with our company's Risk Policy framework.
  • Local Market Knowledge: Utilize your knowledge of local markets, key industries, and acceptable collateral to assess risk and make informed lending decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze complex data and make sound recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate ideas effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
