Academic Counsellor (Sales) Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Academic Counsellor to join our team. This is a full-time role responsible for providing guidance, support, and educational services to learners.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and requirements. They will be responsible for:

  • Contacting prospective customers through inbound leads and following up on calls and emails.
  • Converting leads via outbound calls and explaining our services to convert them into sales.
  • Using product knowledge to showcase solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Closing sales and achieving monthly quotas.

Key qualifications include:

  • Previous experience as an Admission Counsellor or Outbound Sales professional (2-4 years).
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Active listening and confident, soft-spoken communication.
