Job Description
Job Title: Global HR Shared Services Manager
Reports to: Senior HR Manager
Location: Boston or remote (with regular travel to client sites)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our Global HR Shared Services function. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering HR services across multiple geographies.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring the seamless delivery of HR processes, such as recruitment, employee data management, benefits administration, and performance management. You will work closely with our HR teams around the world to ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in HR operations, with experience in managing global HR teams and implementing process improvements. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
You will also need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working closely with colleagues, managers, and employees across the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 9-12 years of progressive experience in HR operations, with a focus on shared services
- Proven track record of delivering process improvements and driving operational excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Experience with HR systems and tools, such as Workday and Case Management software
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting quickly to changing priorities
