Meta Ad Creative Specialist

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to develop high-performing Meta ad creatives. This role involves conceptualizing, designing, and delivering static ad creatives for Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
The ideal candidate will work closely with the performance marketing team to continuously test, analyze, and optimize creatives for improved click-through rates (CTR), return on ad spend (ROAS), and conversions.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Design and create high-performing Meta ad creatives.
- Analyze and optimize creatives for enhanced metrics.
- Work on product packaging design and branding.
- Support the development of brand identity elements.
- Translate marketing briefs into visually compelling designs.
- Stay updated with the latest design and advertising trends.
- Maintain consistency in deliverables aligned with brand standards.
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-performing Meta ad creatives and packaging/branding work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent.
- Understanding of performance marketing metrics and how creative impacts them.
- Ability to balance creativity with functionality and business objectives.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
