Job Title: Performance Marketer – Meta Ads Campaign Specialist

Location: Remote Work Options Available

Shift Timings: 7 PM – 4 AM IST

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketer to lead our Meta Ads campaigns, driving high returns on ad spend and scaling business growth through innovative digital marketing strategies.

The Opportunity:

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) to drive performance and meet business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and accurate data tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Meta Ads campaign strategies, leveraging expertise in CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion tracking.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign execution, including creation, audience targeting, ad copywriting, and budget management.
  • Conduct in-depth audience research and leverage Meta's targeting tools to ensure campaigns reach the right people.
  • Optimize campaign performance by analyzing data and refining targeting, bidding strategies, and creative assets.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad formats and optimize creative assets for engagement, conversions, and campaign performance.
  • Generate and present campaign reports with actionable insights, ensuring alignment with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with Meta Ads innovations and features, applying best practices and compliance guidelines to ensure campaign success.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience running Meta Ads campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion tracking.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and related tools.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Meta Ads Certification (Mandatory).

Preferred Skills:

  • Meta Blueprint Certification or equivalent advanced credentials.
  • Experience with advanced ad formats like Dynamic Ads & Instagram Stories Ads.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or third-party analytics platforms.
