Job Title: Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and deliver consulting assignments through hospitality, tourism, and leisure.

  • The Operations Manager will lead multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure that all projects are executed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

This role requires strong project management capabilities, excellent client-facing skills, and a deep understanding of the consulting environment in the GCC.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects, from initiation to completion.
  2. Define project scopes, objectives, timelines, and resource plans in alignment with client requirements and internal governance.
  3. Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring adherence to Company's SOPs and approval processes.
  4. Coordinate and supervise the work of consultants, analysts, and external partners to achieve project milestones.
  5. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and satisfaction.
  6. Prepare and deliver high-quality reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations to clients.
  7. Monitor project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
  8. Support business development activities by managing proposals, timelines, and tender submissions.
  9. Provide post-project reviews and lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Economics, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5-7 years of experience in consulting, ideally within real estate, tourism, or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Proven experience leading multi-stakeholder projects in complex environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple assignments, and travel to the GCC if required.
