Job Title: Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • • Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs) for the aggregation, segregation, chipping, washing, QA and QC of plastic waste stream.
  • • Work closely with facility team and workers to improve supply chain and operational strategy through continuous innovation.
  • • Facilitate audits, assessments, client visits and visits by HQ team.
  • Capacity Development:
  • • Develop and implement training programs for operation team on operational efficiency, segregation, QA and QC etc.
  • • Improve supply chain and operational strategy through continuous innovation.
  • • Conduct/Facilitate capacity building sessions as per schedule on required topics such as but not limited to health, safety and environment, financial literacy etc.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • • Maintain accurate records and data for meeting compliance wrt workforce, health, safety and environment.
  • • Log KPI data into our application to monitor performance.
  • • Manage and review centre operations periodically.
  • • Provide timely, concise and accurate reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis on prescribed formats and applications.

General Requirements:

  • Ensure professionalism at all times and demonstrate exemplary prioritisation of workload skills.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and protocols at all levels.
  • Protect sensitive data and information from unauthorised access.
  • Will ingness to travel frequently across India, sometimes at short notice, including other places as per need of project or company.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and partners.
