Distributor Network Lead

Role Summary
Centricity WealthTech is seeking a highly skilled Distributor Network Lead to join our team. As a key member of our branch operations team, you will be responsible for driving growth in the region by fostering relationships with mutual fund distributors and guiding them towards becoming wealth managers. Key Responsibilities:
This role involves:
- Leading and managing branch operations, driving growth in the region.
- Fostering relationships with mutual fund distributors, guiding them towards becoming wealth managers.
- Delivering exceptional client service and upholding Centricity WealthTech's standards of excellence.
- Collaborating with the team to innovate and expand our network of financial products distributors.
Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
What You'll Need
- Proven experience in financial services, preferably in a B2B setting.
- A strong understanding of mutual funds, wealth management, and distributor network management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
