Senior Philanthropy Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned philanthropy professional to join our team.

Our goal is to make a positive impact on people's lives worldwide through various social initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing an annual fundraising plan, establishing key relationships, and securing revenue for our foundation's efforts.

This includes building a high-performing team, managing program growth, and ensuring that annual targets are set and met through strategic partnerships and stakeholder engagement.

  • Develop a comprehensive strategy for the foundation's fundraising efforts with clear short-, medium-, and long-term objectives.
  • Establish a national network of supporters by strengthening existing relationships and adding new champions and donors.
  • Build a diverse portfolio approach to fundraising to ensure efficient effort and target distribution across different sources.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in business or a related field with 10+ years of experience in direct fundraising and partnership roles, including 3+ years in a leadership position.
  • A driven and empathetic leader who can work across boundaries and achieve results.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and comfort with ambiguity.
