  • Project Execution: Proactively partner with other functional and account leads, driving integration and working directly on projects to ensure seamless execution and alignment with client expectations.
  • Budgeting and Monitoring: Collaborate with clients and the team to develop budgets and ensures adherence by monitoring progress and addressing potential challenges in real-time.
  • Culture and Collaboration: Foster a collaborative work environment, actively participating in agency and client initiatives to strengthen partnerships and enhance project outcomes.
  • Industry Insights: Stay informed of relevant client, industry, and market developments, translating insights into actionable recommendations for the team and clients.
  • Mentorship and Coaching: Act as a mentor and role model, guiding junior team members through active coaching, knowledge sharing, and leading by example in day-to-day tasks.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-4 years of experience in an account management role. PR/Communications/agency experience is preferred.
  • Global Briefs: Experience in managing global and regional briefs for global brands.
  • Leadership: Effectively led and developed account teams.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective communications with clients and internal teams.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and perform well under pressure, juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint).
  • Time Management: Good time management skills and process driven.
  • Campaign Management: Experience in managing multi-disciplined campaigns.
