The role of Relationship Manager is a vital position within our organization, requiring an individual who can drive revenue growth and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Represent the company brand to promote services to agents, international educators, and prospective students.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with Key Account Recruitment Partners.
- Implement sales strategies, client service, and retention plans, analyzing sales data to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with the admissions and customer support teams while resolving conflicts efficiently.
- Manage assigned recruitment partners in the region and drive various stages of the application funnel.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in international student recruitment and/or higher education institutions.
- Knowledge and understanding of the international student marketplace and industry challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - written and verbal, with a willingness to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to build productive long-term relationships with key stakeholders externally and internally.
