Job Title: Senior Legal Executive

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing legal advice on contractual obligations and commercial terms.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in redlining and negotiating IT / software industry-specific contracts such as NDAs, MSAs, vendor agreements, and DPAs.

You will be responsible for reviewing contracts, internal documents, and policies specific to the India jurisdiction.

Drafting and maintaining standard contract templates and playbooks (customer and vendor) to streamline the contracting process is also an essential part of this role.

Requirements:

  • Law graduate with approximately 4-6 years of experience, including at least 3 years in the IT / software industry.
  • Strong knowledge of data privacy laws, including GDPR, and experience with related documentation is a must-have.
  • In-depth understanding of SaaS contracts is an added advantage.
  • Experience with legal technology tools and AI-powered legal platforms is beneficial.
