Derivative Lawyer Opportunity

The ideal candidate is a seasoned legal professional with at least 4+ years of relevant experience working with leading financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and negotiating international commercial contracts and agreements, including ISDA Master Agreement, Global Master Repurchase Agreement, and Global Master Stock Lending Agreements.
  • Negotiating derivative documents.
  • Excellent collaboration and team management skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of finance-based contracts, derivative business, and market.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in corporate law and contract law.
  • Sound legal understanding.
  • Ability to train teams on derivative documents.
