Workforce Manager Role

Job Overview:

  • As a seasoned Workforce Manager, you will lead a team of planners in optimizing manpower resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecast and schedule the correct number of teammates to handle expected volume of transactions.
  • Use expertise in forecasting, budgeting, staff scheduling, employee performance management, compliance, time and attendance and vacation leave planning to improve productivity and labor efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate employee details including availability, preferences and skills.

Working Location: Navi Mumbai, Gurugram, Indore, Mohali

 

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of WFM experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate with key stakeholders
