About the Role

As a seasoned Brand Ambassador, you will spearhead end-to-end campaign execution for influencer marketing projects. Collaborating closely with creators, internal teams, and brands ensures smooth execution, timely delivery, and measurable outcomes of campaigns.

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) with precision and creativity.
  • Identify and shortlist influencers based on campaign requirements and expertise.
  • Coordinate communication with influencers regarding briefs, deliverables, timelines, and approvals to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Maintain campaign deliverables (posts, stories, videos) aligned with brand guidelines and objectives, guaranteeing cohesive storytelling.
  • Proactively track live campaigns, monitor content performance, and flag issues promptly to optimize results.
  • Persistently maintain campaign reports, performance trackers, and final delivery decks for clients, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Seamlessly coordinate with internal teams (strategy, pricing, and design) to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Timely invoice, document, and manage databases for influencer collaborations, maintaining organizational efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform trends, influencer content styles, and innovative campaign practices, remaining an industry expert.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing (internships included).
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with influencers and clients.
  • Able to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines with high accuracy.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content formats, and campaign tracking tools.
  • A proactive problem-solving attitude and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced agency setup.
