  • Personalization & Templates
  • Configure personalization blocks, dynamic content, and message templates to create unique experiences for customers.
  • Work with creative teams to build responsive, personalized email templates that enhance engagement.
  • Campaign Optimization & Reporting
  • Monitor campaign performance (delivery, open rates, click-throughs, conversions) to measure success.
  • Conduct A/B testing and provide insights for optimization to improve future campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3–7 years of experience in campaign execution and management.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices (deliverability, compliance, CAN-SPAM, GDPR) to ensure successful campaigns.
  • Experience with SQL and JavaScript for segmentation and audience building to drive results.
  • Hands-on knowledge of campaign workflows, typologies, schemas, personalization, and message templates to streamline operations.
  • Understanding of data flows, customer journeys, and campaign automation to create seamless experiences.
  • Familiarity with multi-channel orchestration (Email, SMS, Push, Direct Mail) to engage customers across channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with reporting & campaign optimization to drive business growth.
  • Ability to collaborate with marketing, data, and technology teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills to lead cross-functional teams.
