Job Opportunity: Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Adobe Campaign Classic, Java Scripting, and other related technologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing complex rules using Adobe Campaign, including Java scripting. They will also be required to monitor existing communications, troubleshoot campaign and technical issues, and make modifications to existing communications as needed.

In addition, the Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing communication status reporting, defining standard delivery reports, and creating new adhoc reports using available tools such as SQL and Adobe Campaign.

The successful candidate will also analyze key campaign performance metrics and recommend ways to optimize campaign design.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate /Post Graduate/MBA/BE with 1-2 years Adobe Campaign Classic experience. Banking experience is an advantage.
  • Well versed with Adobe Campaign Classic, Java Scripting, SQL, CRMNext, Siebel, macros, excels functions, etc.
  • Problem solving attitude.
  • Analytical skills & ability to quickly understand / anticipate business requirements and outline business benefits.
  • Apply data program techniques and procedures.
