Academic Support Specialist in Hindi

We are seeking an experienced subject matter expert to create high-quality educational content and materials.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Create engaging co-scholastic and scholastic content for teachers, including storyboards and presentations.
  2. Develop and onboard new content, ensuring it is effective and well-suited for our audience.
  3. Identify knowledge gaps and develop a plan to address them through targeted content creation.
  4. Collaborate with vendors to drive content development and ensure timely delivery.
  5. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure content meets quality standards and is delivered on time.
  6. Develop processes to streamline content creation and improve efficiency.
  7. Establish a framework to ensure consistently high-quality content.
  8. Promote innovative ideas for content presentation to enhance teacher engagement.

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of experience in academic support or related field.
  • Masters degree in Hindi and Bachelors degree in Education (B.Ed) in Hindi.
